Introduction
The triethylamine cold core box maker is a core making equipment designed and manufactured in accordance with the national standard for tensile "8" shaped specimens and compressive specimens using the triethylamine core making process (GB/T 24413-2009). It can be widely used in production units for the preparation of molding sand and the detection and control of core making processes. The "triethylamine cold core box prototype" consists of a core making machine, triethylamine gasification gas supply, PLC electrical control system, etc. The equipment can be operated manually or fully automatically.
Main Features
A compressed air heating device made of high heat storage materials and heat exchange coils. This device can ensure that the outlet airflow temperature is greater than 120 ° C, and the temperature can be adjusted. The heating device is corrosion-resistant, pressure resistant, sealed without leakage, and has a fast heating time of 30-40 minutes. It has good heat storage and insulation effects.
The amine pump uses CNC to supply triethylamine. The quantitative accuracy of triethylamine is high, with an accuracy of up to 1ml/1000. The amount of amine supplied each time can be arbitrarily set within the range of 0.001 to 1ml, making the regulation and operation convenient. Under conditions where the airflow temperature is greater than 90 ° C, the amine liquid undergoes gasification and air blowing hardening in the atomizer.
Imported pneumatic components are used in key parts of the gasification gas supply system. This equipment adopts an imported proportional valve. After setting the high and low pressure through the proportional valve, the blowing hardening process can automatically switch between high and low pressure according to the set pressure and program.
The prototype of the triethylamine cold core box adopts the design of partitioning and isolating the self-made electric heater, triethylamine gasification gas supply device, and PLC electrical control system; Strengthen the sealing of the pipeline system; Install a "triethylamine leakage monitoring alarm" and explosion-proof exhaust fan in the triethylamine gasification gas supply unit area to ensure safety.
The electrical and pneumatic control part adopts imported PLC and large screen LCD touch screen. In the touch screen display mode:
